Your DDSN dentist will contact your sleep physician and establish a communication process. The sleep physician will forward a letter of medical necessity and prescription for oral appliance to your dentist.
Frequently, being fitted for an oral appliance can make CPAP more effective. Talk to your doctor about being fitted with an oral appliance to use in conjunction with your CPAP.

Set a definite bedtime for yourself and stick to it. Beds are not made for reading or watching TV.
